Use these Words and earn Money!

Tyler Cowen references Steve Levitt's Freakonomics. Apparently, using certain words is a signal that an offer has real value. OTOH, using general mean-nothing words is a signal of emptyness.

..... it is the costly signals which carry real value. You use general words when you have nothing better to say, .....
But Mr. Cowen, if everyone reads Levitt and starts to use the valueable words only, what happens then? Estate sellers will be playing Bullshit Bingo and we will end up at zero informational value. The informational value of words will be arbitraged down to the general rate, because it depends on their infrequent use. Unavoidable word inflation.

Every day, we get bombarded by an endless stream of filtered, antiseptic, jargon-filled corporate speak, all of which makes it harder to get heard, harder to be authentic, and definitely harder to have fun.
